Privacy Policy

Huenite is still in early access, so the only personal information we collect is what you type into the waitlist form. This page explains what that is and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your name and your email address
- your circle's name
- the email addresses of any friends you choose to add
The drawings you make on this site, including the intro prompt and the "try it" canvas, stay in your browser. We never upload or store them.
How we use it
- to save your circle's place on the waitlist
- to send you a confirmation email
- to send each friend you add one invitation that mentions your name and your circle's name
- to let you and your circle know when you can start, and to share launch news
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your friends' emails
Please only add friends who'd want an invite. Each one gets a single email from us. If a friend would rather not hear from Huenite, they can reply to that email or write to hello@huenite.app and we'll remove them.
Who helps us
We use Resend to store the waitlist and send our emails, and Vercel to host this website. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request details such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. These providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't use analytics, ad trackers, or other third-party scripts.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details for as long as we need them to run the waitlist and launch Huenite for your circle. If you ask, we'll delete them sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@huenite.app to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop getting emails from us. We'll reply within a few days.
Children
The waitlist isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to hello@huenite.app.
